I decided to make:
Hot Honey Baked Mac n Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1 Box Macaroni noodles
4 Tbsp Salted Butter
3 Tbsp AP Flour
2 C Whole Milk
8 oz Block Monterey Jack, shredded
8 oz Block Sharp Yellow Cheedar, shredded
8 oz Block Original Velveeta, cubed
1/2 Tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp Paprika
Hot Honey, for drizzling

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F, then fill a pot with water, set it to high, and prepare to boil the macaroni.
- Cook noodles according to package, empty into collander and rinse well with cool water, set aside.
- Heat butter in large saucepan.
- Add flour over butter and cook for a few moments while constantly stirring.
- Stir in milk and whisk until well combined.
- Add diced velveeta to pot, allow to melt before moving to next step.
- Add in shredded cheeses a handful at a time, allow to melt. Keep 1-2 cups of shredded cheese aside to use for the top.
- Stir in paprika and complete seasoning.
- Put the macaroni noodles in deep sided cooking dish, pour the cheese sauce directly over and stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle top evenly with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-30 mins until hot and bubbly. Depending on your oven, you may need to use the broil setting for a few moments to brown the cheese ontop.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!!
