Hi, I’m Candy B — a fusion food creator with a twist! 🎲
Instead of planning my meals, I let the universe decide what’s next by pulling random ideas from my recipe jars.
From sweet to savory and everything in between, each recipe is a spontaneous fusion of flavors, cultures, and creativity.
Follow along as I turn chance into culinary magic — one unique recipe at a time. ✨🍴
Today’s pull:
🌌Indian
and
🌌Taiwanese
I decided to make:
⭐️🥭 Spiced Mango Lassi and Brown Sugar Boba Smoothie🧉⭐️
INGREDIENTS:
🥭 Smoothie Base
1 ½ cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
½ cup dairy free coconut yogurt
¾ cup cold milk (any type — almond, oat, or whole)
2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Ice cubes (3–4 for thickness)
🧋 Boba Layer
½ cup black or brown sugar tapioca pearls
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (to coat)
✨ Topping
Whipped coconut cream
Mango slice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make boba according to package directions. After they are cooked, mix with brown sugar and set aside.
- Empty contents of chilled can of coconut cream into a stand mixer. Whip for several minutes until you get a loose whip consistency. Set aside.
- Combine all smoothie base ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Layer the smoothie: a scoopful of boba in the bottom of the glass, followed by the smoothie, then top it off with the coconut whip, and a slice of mango.
